Review content:
Have you ever noticed how so many of the reviews are negative? People with an axe to grind. My experience at Chicago Music Store has always been magical. I think of what it would be like to go into Olivander's Wand shop in the Harry Potter movies whenever I visit the down town store. The staff have always greeted me as I entered; been very helpful in finding what I need (there's so much inventory and not all of it is on display); helped me with terms and prices I could afford; and advised me on the pros and cons of each choice when there were comparable items to consider. I rented my first clarinet then a flute for middle school band there 30 years ago. I had no reservation about going back when it was time to rent a flute for my daughter. They also helped us with piano lessons at their eastside store. Don't miss this Tucson treasure!
