I, too, have had problems with Pat at Phenix Girard Bank, my mother passed away in September of 2011. I called and spoke to pat and emailed everything to her that she would need to send the check to her estate around the end of January. I emailed her about three more times asking if the check had been mailed. no response from her. have called and left several messages for her but she has not called me back it is now the middle of February and i still have not received my mother's money. still have a funeral bill to pay and still no call from pat. i live about 4 hours from phenix city and usually mail is received from there at the most in a week. they keep telling me it takes a couple of weeks well now it has been a month and i am pretty sure it does not take that long. the right thing to do would be to send it certified so that at least it could be tracked
