Review content:
Cafe Brazil is the type of restaurant you could find in NYC's Greenwhich Village. The building looked like a little house turned restuarant. Small, but very personable, unlike any corporate restaurant that plagues most of the Denver area. We ordered the halibut special($21), the traditional brazillian black bean stew dish($16), the hearts of palm appetizer ($12) and the mango cheesecake ($6). The food was delicious, you could taste the freshness of everything from the collard greens to the beans. There were two let downs. The black bean dish description included smoked meats and sausage. There were about 4 small slices of suasage and that's it. The halibut was tasty, but I would have liked more flavor, the glaze was too light. The dessert was DELICIOUS. Overall: refreshing food, exotic decor, good music and service, but slightly overpriced, especially for it's location. Pros: unique, delicious, wall decorations Cons: chairs, expensive
