Review content:
I waited all week for this much needed appointment---a pedicure and massage---great way to end the week. This was my first time visiting this salon and it will be my last. I was greeted with an attitude and tension all around. Oh boy, I didn't need this---who would? The pedicure went well, but honestly, I've had better pedicures for much less money. After the pedicure I was taken down the hall to wait for my massage. I waited and waited. She finally arrived and apologized for being late. She was very nice, but the massage was unpleasant, the room had problems with air conditioning and I cut my hour massage to a half hour. I was sweating and uncomfortable in such a hot room and wanted to get out of there! The vibe was creepy. I overheard an employee tell another client there were problems with the air conditioner. OK, so they comped the massage, but the attitude all around me was so unpleasant . If you want mature, professional treatment, remove Spirit Salon from your destination.
