Had a terrible experience at this store when I tried to return a sweater I had bought several days prior. The sweater was not on sale and was very expensive. They told me since I used a groupon I could not return it. This was not told to me when I purchased it. What I was most upset about was how they spoke to me. I very nicely came in and explained that when I showed my husband the sweater he did not like it. First she said your husband was with you, he was not with me, then she freaked out about the return and very loudly, in front of other customers yelled I am not taking this back. I was so embarrassed. I will never set foot in this overpriced store again. Go to Special Look down the street, they discount 20% and are very helpful and want to make the customer happy, will always take returns!
