I've taken my shoes here to be re-heeled for the past few years. While English clearly isn't his first language, the owner has always been pleasant and my shoes always come back with nice new heels and newly polished. He also tells me everytime I come in that I shouldn't keep my shoes in their boxes, they need to breathe. :) I'm leaving the neighborhood and hope I find a place as good as this in my new locale.
Pros: Quality work, good service
Cons: Wish they were open longer on weekends
