I recently purchased granite countertops from Pitell Granite in Pgh. I will tell you that the customer service I received from the owner was horrible. It all started out well and why not as we paid half down. Things started to go down hill after the check cleared. We asked to see what the cutouts of our counter would like on the granite before he actually cut it. We showed up to see the outlines and there were not only no markings outlined but the granite wasn't even pulled from the parking lot. He said we are just going to have to trust him on it.
