I went for a bruise on my leg (I was worried about a blood clot). The doctor looked at it, told me it was a bug bite, and then ordered an X-RAY! AN X RAY for crying out loud. Who needs an x-ray for a bug bite? He merely wanted to charge my insurance company. I didn't let him, but that was just the tip of the iceberg.
Seriously, unless you want to be unnecessarily charged by doctors who have no business treating anyone, don't go there. Go to the ER--play it safe.
