Review content:
Marco Polo is no longer what is used to be. The management seems to be coy and smug. Professional appearing management belidles guests and tries to smooth things over with complimentary appetizers or menu selections. Serving staff is just a reflection of newer management. Very disappointed in what should of been an authentic experience as it used to be has become of less quality, especially for the cost. We have frequented Marco Polo throughout the holiday season hoping the time before was just an isolated incedent. It has become progressively worse since this time that we now take our business elsewhere, as do our associates. Maybe if the management focused more on food quality, presentation and service instead of the servers and mingling at the bar, what was once a quality establishment would not of lost it's quality, however it has. We recommend frequent a different establishment,
Cons: new management
