My wife and I drove a CX-9 at this dealership. We have 4 children so we need a larger car. We only drove one and asked the sales rep to call us the next day with the monthly payment (they were closing at 6). She called us the next day and gave us a payment number around our range. The following business day I called back up and asked if they could do slightly better on the price. She said she would ask. I called back an hour later to tell her I was bringing my whole family down, she said ok and they agreed on my price. I showed up a half hour later. She then told me the car I wanted was sold that morning, and at that price they were unwilling to get a car from another dealer. Didn't bother telling me it was sold on the phone, so I wasted a trip. Later she called me telling me they were going to bring an identical car for me. Half hour after that she called and said it was missing one feature, the car we wanted had. I called the sales manager Rick. He told me they could add the feature but were going to charge me more than we had agreed upon. I agreed and showed up the next day with my family to get the car. Here the sales rep forgot what car we had driven, and gave us pricing and ordered the complete wrong car. The car we had driven was still on the lot. I told Rick the sales manager that, and asked him for numbers on that car. He insisted we were wrong and told us he didnt want to sell to us and told me to leave. The sales rep gave us the wrong information, and they treated us like we wre wrong. We later found out when we bought the car else where they gave us inaccurate information on sat. radio and free service. We were treated like second class citizens and belittled as far as I am concerned by being asked to leave. I at no time raised my voice or spoke in a vulgar manner. The general manager did contact me and apologized. However to top it off his price on the car I really did want was $60 a month more than the mazda dealer in colmar where I finally bought! Cons: Sales reps have no product knowledge, and sales manager was extremely rude.
