CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! This operation does NOT keep customer needs in mind. They have no sense of responsibility to the customer, even after they've been paid for a job! Their idea of customer service is to ignore a ""small"" job they've agreed to and to only provide service for those clients they deem important enough. It's a roll of the dice as to whether your job, on any given day, is one of their priorities or not.
