As a local restaurant owner, I have used Jaycee Foods for years now. They offer service in a way that the national vendors cannot match. They have always been a call away anytime I have needed something in an emergency, and will always work to get me the best price possible. The industry is competitive, and it was important to me that I was using a vendor that has empathy with the workload and hardships of owning your own business, so that I never felt like just another customer, like I have before with the national providers. I would suggest using this vendor to any local restaurant owner that is in search of a food supplier that will actually put you first, and will be there if you are ever in a jam.
