Review content:
We went here on a Sunday morning to have a flat fixed. They said, one hour, maybe one hour and fifteen minutes. We gave them our cell phone number and asked that they call us when they knew if the tire could be fixed or if it needed to be replaced. We left and walked around the area for about two hours. (We walked by at about an hour and a half later and the car was inside up on the lift, so we figured it wouldn't be long.) We went in after 2 hours and they told us that the tire was not repairable and that we would have to replace all 4 tires. Of course, there was a sale only for that day, and then next day, the 4 tires would be about 100 dollars more. When we asked them why they had not gotten in touch with us about the car and why the car had not been touched, he said that every customer is valued and it's been really busy. We left. I went to my regular mechanic that Wednesday and he pulled out the flat to fix it. Firestone had taken the wheel out of the tire so it could not be mounted. They had kept the wheel!! So, more time wasted. I had to drive all the way over there and get the wheel back. As it turns out, the tire was repairable, and only cost 10 dollars. I would STRONGLY advise to go to someone you trust. And these people cannot be trusted. Pros: Open Sunday Cons: Liars
