I went in about a week ago to ask a simple question about my new phone i purchased. The lady thats was ""helping"" me was really rude. When i asked her ""why did i get two sim cards?"" She answers ""I don't know"" in a very rude way, as if she didn't care. She was really stuck up and did not help me at all and when I passed her my phone to ask if I can return it, she said ""NO!"" like she was yelling at me and threw the box with the phone inside back at me. I suggest going to the new t-mobile store by mall 205. The employees there are helpful and friendly .
Cons: Rude employee at this branch.
