ORS 90.320 of the Oregon Landlord Tenant law says there is to be no garbage in public places, but there's been garbage for most of the time I've lived here, large islands of garbage the size of a truck in several places. Picture floating islands of driftwood and algae, atop with Christmas ornaments, shoe sandals, water bottles, wine bottles, styrofoam, food containers and lots lots more all waiting to greet you when you get home everyday. It's embarrassing to invite anyone to visit. Especially when floating home communities down the road don't look like this.
