Review content:
I was suffering from my second bout with severe plantars faciitis and couldn't get rid of it doing the stretching exercises that initially cured it. I spent over $400 buying various shoe inserts online that didn't solve the problem. Frustrated, I discovered Paradise Footwear and decided to check them out. The store is run by a 25 year experienced certified pedorthist which is a specialist in using footwear-which includes shoes, shoe modifications, foot orthoses and other pedorthic devices-to solve problems in, or related to, the foot and lower limb. One visit and I was recommended a pair of inserts, shoes & slippers with excellent arch support. I was given a instructional handout about plantars faciitis and taught one exercise that I should do 90 seconds per day. Problem solved! If you are suffering from any type of foot pain, I highly recommend that you visit Paradise Footwear first before trying anything else. When you visit, be careful not to step on Papaya or Mai Tai.
