Review content:
I traded in a nice BMW M3 for a newer used BMW on their lot. First of all the salesman was very nice and I really hope he leaves this dealership and goes somewhere more respectable. The managers and the finance guys were a bunch of liars and I caught them with a major fraud attempt and lie! They took my nice M3 on trade and before my financing even went through 100% on the new car they sold my car to an ""auction"" in California because it was not clean title. They said the $6,000 they gave me on trade was to high and they had to sell it at auction for $3,000 because of the unclean title. I told them the car was clean title and when we ran a car fax at their office it showed as a perfect clean title! They said carfax is faulty and should not be trusted (yet they advertise carfax reports on all their cars...) anyways I told them Im sure it was a mistake and asked to see the title for proof. That is when he said we will get a copy of the title from the auction and show it to you. A week later went by and nothing, no phone call, no title for proof. Guess what happens next?.. I drove by a local car dealer and saw my M3 in their lot! I went in and asked the dealer owner about it. I asked if it was bought at auction like beaverton nissan claims they sold it at. They said no, they had bought it directly from beaverton nissan for $6k! I then asked if they had the title and yes of course it was clean! Beaverton nissan tried to scam me and threatened to sue me several times for trading in a dirty car when along my car was immaculate and clean title! The other dealership that bought the car was very happy with it and was excited to have it on their lot. They were very nice and even offered to go to court with me if I wanted to press charges against Beaverton Nissan for trying to commit fraud against me. In the end I got the car I wanted but paid more than I should have, put up with their lies and harassment about my car, and got attitude from their managers. Take my word for it, go to a different dealer when buying a car, the bad reviews are true and these guys are nothing but crooks.
