Businiess name:  Kappaya Japanese Restaurant

Review content:
Hard to believe folks had a bad meal here. In our lengthy experience here, we have always been treated with utmost courtesy and the food is great. We are not employees of Kappaya, contrary to that silly post on this list. Fact. Kappaya is firmly established as one of the more consistant establishments in town. We eat sushi frequently and try to eat at them all, but always gravitate back to Kappaya or Murata. Granted, Kappaya has little atmosphere, but that doesn't detract from the ALWAYS fantastic hamachi and salmon. I find the absence of ""gimmick"" rolls to be refreshing. Terry sticks to the basics and does a fine job without the frills. Prices are very reasonable. We've never had a bad meal, unlike our experience at many of the higher rated places on this list. If you seek fresh, friendly, unpretentious fare, try Kappaya.
