Review content:
I've lived here for exactly one year and just recently moved out. After I moved in, I found out the A/C was not working. It is a older building with a dual system which means you can only convert from a/c to heater according to the seasons. I had moved in, in April. They switched over to a/c in June and in the process broke the system. Hence, the whole building was left with no a/c that whole summer. It eventually took them 3-4 months to fix.
The building is across from BHHS, so there is always loud noise and a lot of traffic.
If things couldn't be any worse, the elevator would break down at least once every two months, and my sink garbage disposal would get backed up once a month.
On the day I was planning to move out, the elevator was down and was down for that whole weekend so I had to reschedule my move.
