Review content:
Sales person had very poor knowledge of flooring and continually ordered the wrong material. The installers spoke no english at all. They also did a poor job of installing hardwood and tile. The hardwood was very uneven (floors were not leveled) and had indentations. The tile was very uneven in bathrooms requiring much shimming on toilet. Sales people were generally rude to other customers that complained.
