If there was a negative star that is what LuLu's would have gotten. I happened to go in when the owner was there and she was snobby and rude. The clothes were ok but expensive. I asked for a dressing room and was basically ignored so that the owner and the clerk could sit there talking. NO customer service! You would think of all people the owner would set an example. I think the clerk said her name was Astoria? RUN! There are so many cute little boutiques run by great people that carry basically the same stuff.
