My (picky) girlfriend strongly recommended that I come here in 2010. Since then, I have been a regular, very happy and very smiley patient :)
Dr. Hsiang and his crews are a wonderful team. Dr. Hsiang is very kind and gentle. He explained and prioritized everything on my first visit: what issues are major and what are minor. He even offered me to email my x-ray films to my dentist when I visit my hometown. (Since the cost is much cheaper in my hometown.) BTW, he has a sense of humor that always made me laugh and forget that I was in the dental chair. He gave me pros and cons when I wanted to do some kind of cosmetics and made sure that I understood the consequences and how to take care of it afterward.
BTW, the pictures on their website were taken from his clinic. Every patient room faces the garden. It is very nice for patients to enjoy the garden while the dentists are working on you. That is a big help to calm you down. lol
The office and clinic overall is very clean and nice. (it never has a hospital smell that scares you, just the wonderful coffee smell from Keurig coffees.) The ladies at front desk are very nice and helpful. They always call to remind me of upcoming appointments. Due to my busy work schedule, they are very kind to schedule my appointments on weekends and at the most convenient time for me. (Rescheduling always happens to me.)
Another thing I like is their financial consulting. They help you find the most cost effective way to file dental care insurance and documents with your insurance company.
Now it is my turn to certainly recommend that you visit Dr. Hsiang
