I have stored with CompuVault in the past and have aways been impressed with the professionalism and attention paid to the security of my records. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always makes a point of making sure that I am satisfied with my service levels. As a former IT manager at a large, local company, I was forced to use a national vendor for a few years due to our corporate office and the service was horrible..too say the least. When I finally got the opportunity to shop our account, I found CompuVault on the internet.
Not only were their pricing schedules more favorable, they took a one on one approach with me and took the time to understand our retention schedules and audit requirements regarding record keeping.
If I have the opportunity to be in a position to need a reliable and professional offsite storage vendor, I know who I will call.
