This is a great place to buy a ford! No rip off artist, no creepy salesmen putting pressure, just straight forward business. My husband and I came here to buy and we didn?t have to play any games. We got a great price and treated with respect. I have brought my truck in for service here and I wouldn?t go anywhere else. They are great! Even their service department is fantastic. They move fast, stay true to their word, are forthcoming with information and even provide you with a complimentary voucher for their caf?. No you?re not going to get stuffed here for free, but each time I go I get a voucher and can have a little treat on the house while I wait for my truck. It?s thedetails that truly counts here. At South Bay ford they have really gone beyond all other dealers to make me feel like I?ve joined a club and I get the best service all the time, every time.
