I had a pizza delivered last night and asked the delivery man if he could stamp my VPS card, he said no. I went to the Village Pizza location today and asked the manager to stamp my card, since it was over a $10.00 limit, and he said no with no explanation why. I would like to know why a delivery is not valid with the VPS cards.
