Review content:
Century Benefits Administration-helps me administer my 401k plan. They're responsive to the needs of my business & knowledgable & helpful. The previous-reviewer is unclear-on-the-concept of what a TPA does. Third Party Administrators, administer retirement plans for plan SPONSORs-(employers)-NOT for the plan participants. Participants do not pay the TPAs fees and usually have NO-contact with them. MY employees are-NOT-allowed to call the TPA. ALL communication goes through-ME. I am THEIR-employer and I am in charge of what information goes where and to whom, and I pay the bills! I also do not want any ex-employees bothering my retirement plan administrator and running up my fees. The previous posting from someone doing a rollover-(an ex employee!!)-sounds like someone who has a gripe with their former employer-and is taking it out on someone else. I think the review is biased, it should be removed. I have contacted my TPA telling them about it
Pros: responsive, patient, knowledable
