After having been their customer for over 10 years, I have to say...this place is really bad. The owner put me over the edge by charging me $15 for something that her worker had promised me $10 IN WRITING. She admitted she had made a mistake but still made me pay. No customer service at all. RUDE as hell. I told her I was never coming back and she didn't seem to care. A place like this should not be in business. What kind of place makes their customers pay for their own mistakes? Should I have felt sorry for you because you couldn't train your employees properly? Thanks for the 50% hike in PRICE, lady!
