Review content:
I had eaten at a Pizza Factory in St. George and really liked the food, so I found the restaurant closest to home and tried it. Unfortunately, I can't rate the food because the service was soooooo bad that I just didn't get there. They seated me in an isolated area by myself, I suppose because it was the only area that had a table for two. And I thought, ""I'll bet they're going to forget I'm there."" Sure enough, 20 minutes later, I didn't have a drink, my order hadn't been taken. Others who came in after me were being served. The servers kept walking by but never acknowledged that I was there and never asked if they could help. I was further irritated by the fact that the wait staff and kitchen help were in the hall messing around during this whole time. I brought this to the front counter's attention as I was leaving and went somewhere else. I figured that if they aren't aware of their customers, the rest of the service wouldn't be any better. It seemed that it was being run by a bunch of high school kids. Where was the manager? I won't be going back. As a paying customer do you have to beg someone to get service?
