Review content:
If I could give this place no stars I would! Was a previous OB patient, the front desk staff is impatient and unfriendly and the same can be said for the nursing staff. Whenever I had contact with my actual doctor she was pleasant enough, but I could hardly ever get in touch with her directly. I was actually brought to tears twice just calling in to try to make an appointment and to try to be able to talk to my doctor. I do not know why anyone thinks it is ok to stress out a first-time mother-to be so much that she is crying. Part of being in the healthcare profession is having a bed side manner no matter how busy you are or how bad of a day you are having, it is your job and it is why patients are paying you. Needless to say I left their practice for another before the end of my pregnancy.
