Review content:
So I went to Honest Automotive to have an alignment done. I dropped off the vehicle and a few hours later I received a call advising me that there was a problem and that it would be a higher cost to fix the problem in addition to the alignment. So I told them I'll just go to pick up my vehicle. When I get there I am told that I need to pay for them checking on it, a total nearly as much as I would have paid just for an alignment, yet there was nothing done to the car. I argued that I was told I would be charged for an alignment, not for checking on the vehicle. ""John"" said he assumed I knew. What kind of service is that? I ended up just taking my business elsewhere, and they checked (AT NO COST) and made sure whether the repair can be done. BEWARE that if you go to honest automotive, make sure that they disclose everything that will be charged before handing them the keys. Otherwise they will assume you already knew.
