want to say I have tried this place twice and it is a very cold unprofessional environment. I am not talking about the looks of the place, I am talking about the service. Some of the staff is very rude and was unwilling to help when I asked for help. I got a facial and it was the worst facial I ever got, starting with the way I was greeted, to the whole experience. I have never got a facial where they didn't give me a robe and told me to make myself comfortable, instead they just had me lay on top of the table on that paper they use on the tables at the Doctors office in my clothes. They had no blankets on the tables, so I was not relaxed, it just did not feel like I was at a spa, it felt more like I was at the Doctors office. I will say this place offers good deals, but trust me in the end it is not worth the deal. I have had many facials and they usually give you a robe and have you get under warm blankets and turn down the lights and they have the music playing, well if you are looking for that you will not find it at this place. They also advertise under the pretense of a Doctor but a Doctor is never there, so I don't know how they can advertise that. The best place tI have found Prism Spain San Dimas, you are treated awesome there and there service is fantastic. I do not recommend Flawless Med Spa to anyone. S.D.
