I have been going to Tallman-Scheel for many years. Had excellent service for the first several years. Every year for the last few years has been terrible. I kept staying because I like Bob French. he's very personable and all around a nice guy. He is very accurate but he has taken on too many clients and is too cheap to hire anyone to help him. If you have a 2:00 appointment you might as well be prepared to sit there for at least an hour; you may get in to see him at 3:30. He says he will file your taxes electronically that week but he will sit on them for weeks. Don't ever think your going to call and talk to Bob because that will never happen, the lady that answers the phone will tell you she will leave a message and he will never return your call. I have left message after message and still no return call. This will be my last year I will file with Tallman-Scheel, and it's sad because I really like Bob. Moving on to somewhere else next year.
