Review content:
The owner jacks up all her prices to the point where I can get it at Wal Mart for cheaper. I'm constantly buying games from her that don't work. I've never bought a console because, let's be honest, I'm a little scared to. She doesn't offer refunds on busted up games or games that are scratched or have heat damage. We went in recently and chose a game, the girl grabbed the game out, looked at the back of it and ran in the back room to resurface it without even letting me see it first. She came back and said she could give it to me for a discount but it had a slight scratch on the outside of the disc and I couldn't return it if it skipped. I said that was fine and she knew what she was looking for when it came to disc damage (if she saw a bad scratch, I assume she wouldn't sell it to me to avoid an angry customer). I got it home and there are not one, not two but 4 deep scratches caused by a laser and we think she resurfaced heat damage off the disc so I wouldn't see it. Every time I've been in that store, I've been disappointed. I keep saying I'm not going to go but she does carry the biggest game selection. She just carries a big junk selection. Pawn shops, so far, have been the best bet around here for used video games.
