Well I have to tell you all about this amazing place I have been going to for a while now, RED MOUNTAIN MED SPA, located on cactus and 51st ave. When I started there I believe i weighed 203lbs now with there strict guidance with meal planning and supplements I am down to 156, every time i go in there the staff is amazing, encouraging and the doctors make you feel like you are whats important at that time not rushed or unimportant. My husband says I look amazing. Thanks Red Mt!!!
