Review content:
I was visiting from out of town and found this restaurant on-line. I called the Phoenix store and inquired if they had stuffed derma. The associate informed me that they did and when I told him where I was located, he informed me that I was much closer to the Tempe restaurant. I went to the Tempe location and when I asked the associate how many pieces of stuffed derma came in an order, he looked at me and it was obvious he did not know what I was talking about. He said he would ask someone and came back and told me his manager doesn't know what ""derma"" is. I explained that it was offered at the Phoenix restaurant and told him it was on the on-line menu. He said that the stores carry different items. Needless to say I was VERY disappointed. In addition, I ordered a corned beef and pastrami combo sandwich and when I returned to my hotel, found out that they only gave me corned beef. I was very excited to find a ""New York"" style deli and couldn't wait to have the stuffed derma. I was VERY disappointed with my experience. The Coney Knish was greasy and the rye bread was terrible. The only positive remark I have is that the chicken soup was excellent. Even the black and white cookie was stale.
