Review content:
There is no place for children to play or run. The swimming pool does not have fence so kids can not play in the back unless a parent is constantly watching. If kids play in front it does not look good for potential clients. The kids have been told not to play in the front of the building. School 3 blocks away a park 5 to 6 blocks away. Rec room, hot tub, and swimming pool is for anyone 16 and older. Everything is banned for young children and balconies are to high for children to play on. Children are blamed for many issues with the building. If children are noisy in apartments or hallways then you get a complaint it does not matter what time of day. BE AWARE ALL PARENTS OF YOUNG CHILDREN OR SOMEONE THAT WANTS A FAMILY. They will threaten to kick you out of apartments if you can not keep child quiet or contained. Good place for single or elderly. Right now it is not a family oriented building. The parking garage has been under construction for years.
Pros: Affordable and good size apartments
Cons: No place for children to run and play
