Review content:
If i could give this company a negative score i would. On February 19, 2010 I purchased a dress from once in a life tyme bridal paid in full on that day. I was verbally told that the dress would be in by the end of May. By the end of July I still had not received a dress. The customer service this whole time was very very poor. I was called a lair, told that I had not paid for the dress (when I had a receipt showing I did), and ever person that works for this company had an attitude that they didn?t care about my wedding or getting my dress in on time. When I asked for a refund to be able to purchase a gown for my wedding, I was told that I was being inpatient and that I would not receive a refund. Nancy the store manager on many occasions was rude, and disrespectful to my mother and me. They lost my paperwork, so at one point they thought they had the wrong dress, and again accused me of not paying for it. It is now August 3 and I still have not received a dress, a refund, or an explanation to what happened to my dress. I have caught this company straight out lying to my face about shipping. They tried to blame everything on UPS and that the shipping had been messed up. My uncle works for UPS and told me that everything they told me was a lie. When confronted about the lie the story changed again about where my dress was. I am a full time nursing student, I work full time, and I am getting married all this stress was more than I could handle. The company had been told that I needed this dress before the end of summer, but they had no respect for my request or situation. I had to take out a credit card to be able to afford a new dress that would be in on time for my wedding. This store almost completely ruined my wedding day for me, by not providing the most important part to any girls dream wedding, the dress. I have been doing research on other websites and find out that I am not the only person that this company has done this to. I also learned that they will tell you one price for alterations and then when you come in for your dress the price doubles if not triples. They hold your dress (that has already been paid for) till you pay the inflated alterations price. I was also not the only person that the shipping lie was told to. I want to stop this company from doing this to other future brides, and I want my money back for the product that I paid for and never received. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Arizona.
