Everything these women have been saying, TRUE. I have had the worst time getting my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. They have no idea what they are doing there, they dont return phone calls-EVER, they give you the run around, and they LIE! My wedding is in two weeks and I barely received my dress after having to go down there since they dont know how to return phone calls. Also, they ordered the wrong color dress. My receipt has what I wanted but when I picked it up, it is not the color I ordered. There was no point to say anything as I'm sure they would blame it on the designer. So, I just took my dress and left. I was just worried I wouldnt get a dress at all. Still waiting on the bridesmaides dresses that everyone has paid for. Hopefully we do get them by the weekend. This whole process has been very stressful and I would NEVER recommend this place to any future bride. There are plenty of other stores out there so please DONT BUY YOUR WEDDING STUFF HERE. You will regret it. I've also filed complaints with the BBB. People should know what they are getting into with this place!!
