Review content:
I ordered custom colored shoes for a wedding I was in and the staff informed me the shoes would be in in 2 weeks. After 3.5 weeks had passed, I called to inquire on the status of my shoes. On the phone, the lady could not locate my order form and told me only one shoe from the brand of mine had been ordered since I came in. The type of shoe ordered was not the style of my shoe - so therefore the conclusion was that they did not order my shoes. The lady said she was going to 'research' this matter and call me back. I did not get a call back so after 2 hours I decided to go to the store as the wedding was in 2 weeks and I didn't want to be shoeless.
