At first glance, all seems fine--good prices--
But you will soon find the worst customer service possible!
From the lack of phone etiquette, to the unprofessional dress of staff, to the lack of compassion or caring for the customer to ordering the WRONG dress, to telling the customers about their own problems of not getting along with each other in the store, to being too tired to call people back to being too busy to help anyone on phone so they don't answer it at all...and to telling customers they will call back and don't--over and over again--and placing you on hold for literally 20 minutes when they finally do answer the phone.
Ordering the wrong dress is unacceptable.
When it finally came in it was still not correct--and a piece was missing---So we then had to wait forever for that to come in . Took many calls and trips to store first though.
And when it did come in it looked like an elephant had sat on it. All crumpled and wrinkled...man when you spend $1000 on something you expect it to look better than that...
And they must have let some customer try it on because when my daughter had her first fitting--there was a spot on the dress (either when the store person took it out of box or let someone try it on) and the ZIPPER was BROKEN. We had not even had the dress on yet at all and the zipper was broken and there was a spot on it.
I did not pay for the zipper or the missing piece as a result of their store problems--order issues.
The seamstress is wonderful. She is not a store employee and is contracted to work two days per week here. She is the best and only wonderful thing about this place.
Once the final alterations were complete, we took it elsewhere for steaming wrinkles out. They would have done it here but it would not be the seamstress to do it so we opted not to leave it there for that...
We were so happy to be done with this place! It was an awful experience I do not wish on anyone.
