I wish I could give a lower review than one star.They have 4 unanswered complaints and an F rating through the Better Business Bureau! That should tell you something! I ordered my dress from Once in a Lifetime ""hell"" in April and was told that my dress should be in by August 12th...needless to say I am still waiting for this dress! I have called and left messages and everyone says they will give me a call back once they call the designer...no one ever calls me back!! I've asked to speak to the owner but according to Rebecca, Maria, and Elizabeth, ""the owner does not speak to the public."" I've emailed the owner, but yet again, no response. I've asked for shipping information but they say that they don't give that information to the public. I asked if they could give me a guarantee regarding my dress being shipped and the manager said that she could give me her word! HER WORD!!! When she doesn't call people back and has given me the run around for 2 months. The word doesn't count.. I ordered this dress with hopes that I could alter it to make it ""my own."" Now I won't know if I will be able to accomplish my dream dress. This place has horrible customer service and they constantly lie. The employees talk crap about each other to their clients. In addition, they are unbelievably rude! Save your sanity and do not buy from them, cheaper prices doesn't mean great service...cheaper prices comes with agony and stress from Once in a Lifetime Bridal!!!
