Please please please do not give this store your business--their salespeople are inept at best, and their managers are uncaring and condescending. You would think that in today's economy, customer service would be of the utmost importance for retail stores...obviously not with this place...they probably figure that people will always be getting married, so who cares if we lose a customer or two. If you are planning on using them, make sure you order your dress and anything else at least a year in advance, or expect to get a call saying that you have to pay the rush order fee because they are incapable of delivering on time.
