Don't waste your time going to ""ONCE IN A LIFE TYME BRIDAL""!! Are Bridesmaids dresses were guaranteed to be here the first week in February and just now arrived giving me less then 3 weeks for alterations. For weeks I called the bridal store asking about the dresses and every time i was given a excuse for the absence of the dress and told my phone call would be returned the following day, and never was! The staff is rude and don't even take the time to help you. The bride was given a price for her alterations and when she went in for her fitting she was given a bill that was hundreds of dollars more then the price they originally gave her.The owner Fredde is rude and arrogant, When he was confronted about our issues with the dresses and alterations he started yelling and made the bride cry!!! He in no way tryed to resolve the situation. I told him that I was going to tell everyone I know not to shop there and he simply replied ""I don't care"" DO NOT GO TO ONCE IN A LIFE TYME BRIDAL!!!! They will ruin your wedding experience. They are rude, incompetent, and mislead you in every way possible to make a quick dollar. They do not care about you or your special day!
Pros: Finally getting my dress and no longer having to do buisness
Cons: The staff is RUDE! The owner yells at Brides
