I have been living in Santa Monica now for 4 months and have been eating at Subway for a couple years and this place is the worst. The moment i walked in i could barely hear the music and the service i got the moment i started to tell the hispanic lady what i wanted was beyond terrible. She had no life to her and messed up on three things i told her i wanted - foot long on white with ham, she gave me a 6 inch on wheat with meatballs. I understand that it was rush hour and it can get a little crazy, but you are a sandwich shop and its not that difficult. At one point she just sent my sandwich down the line while i was telling her that it was wrong and the next lady just started putting all the veggies on it, packaged it up and told me i needed to pay for it???? I would not recommend this subway for any of your sandwich needs.
