Review content:
But only while the developer is in control. They can give the lowest bids because they are understaffed and their employees (and owner) are uneducated and primarily inexperienced and rude. Their low service costs quickly rise once the developer turns over control of the HOA over to home owners but since VM can be quite effective at placating board members, they don't always get fired immediately. However, most home owner controlled HOAs get rid of VM as soon as the management services go out to bid. I live in Westlake and when my entire block was complaining about 2 incessantly barking dogs I was told that VM doesn't like to get involved since our property manager ""only visits the community once or twice a month and prefers not to get out of her car."" That quote is from VM senior management. Pros: ABSOLUTELY NONE Cons: The developer chooses Vierra Moore because they're cheap
