Much better service experience this time - though they said the car would be washed after being serviced and it was not. All in all, a better result than the last time I used Manhattan Volvo for a service. I had an XC90 then. Manhattan Volvo left parts of the engine disassembled -- which I did not discover until taking it to a dealer in CT where I was because it was not running well the day after being serviced. I ended up taking the car to Mitchell Volvo in Torrington, CT to get it serviced correctly. This was my first time back at Manhattan Volvo after that prior experience.
