I recently bought a coupon card from a student at Crestview High School.On this card had a keytag to redeem a free medium cheese pizza with the purchase of a large specialty pizza.It did not say at regular menu price. I ordered papas favorite for 11.00 and told manager about coupon. She told me the total was 19.00 and they would take the medium pizza off the price went I presented the coupon AT check out.I get there and the manager takes the keytag coupon and tells me she can't run it through the system she would have to charge my lg pizza at regular menu price.Even though it was not stated on the coupon I agreed but I asked for breadsticks because on the discount card it said I could get free breadsticks with purchase of Lg specialty@Reg menu price.Nowhere on either of the coupons did it say it could not be redeemed with additional deals or coupons. This is where she got rude and grabbed the free medium pizza box slapped it on the other counter and told me my breadsticks would take twenty minutes and I don't get the medium pizza.I then asked for the Manager she replied ""Me"". I almost walked out but I had hungry kids at the house .I paid full regular price for the specialty pizza and left.Managers should be leaders to their employees ,unfortunately half the staff were watching.I like Papa John's pizza and will continue eating there,but I can't say the same about this Manager.Rude!
