Review content:
May be a good business from a standpoint from the customer, but when you are within these wall as an employee, you realize you are standing in between the walls of an unorganized, unethical, small business. The management,(if that what you want to call them) have no management/leadership sense. They lure you in with a false sense that you will be compensated with benefits, such as health insurance and vacation with good pay. When in reality they demand more work with little pay and no kind of benefits.
