First off the front desk is staff is more than wonderful!! I have many scheduling conflicts & ALL of my needs were met w/ a smile & she went above & beyond her call of duty to assist me. The reminder call the days before your appointment in this hectic life we live is great also. My hair looked beautiful (as well as many other styles i saw walking out durring my visit) & the color was exactly what i asked for. Every one was very kind & i see myself as a client ther for many years to come!!
Cons: sometimes it can be a bit of a wait to get an appointment date if you do not plan it in adavance (not really that much of a ""con"" though)
