Review content:
I had very bad experience at both offices, on Termino avenue and Atlantic avenue.
First, brought my oldest daughter for immunization shot to the office on Termino, signed in, signed all papers, waited for more than an hour, just to be told that they do not have the vaccine! They did not care to tell me that until it was our turn to see the doctor.
Second time, my youngest daughter broke her arm, spent 5 hours in ER and then we were sent to the Atlantic office to get reference to orthopedic's. Personnel from the ER called them ahead and told me that they are waiting for my daughter. We waited for more than 2 hours to see the doctor. My daughter cried in pain and hunger, I begged the nurse and cried myself only to be ignored. And after all that the same nurse called us and her question was ""What is wrong with her?"", pointing to my daughter. Then I blew up yelling at the nurse, threatened her that we would leave immediately, take it to the lawyer, and all that. The doctor appeared within 30 seconds, signed reference to the orthopedics, it took less than 2 minutes!
No way I am stepping into Jayatilaka's office ever again. Entire staff cares about quantity patients not quality of care.
